| My body fat percentage hat gotten up
to over 30% and I was disgusted with myself. I hadalways
promised myself that I would never let myself get fat, but I did.
So, I got in the gym and got back into my old
routine which before had kept me very lean and fat free. However
this time it just didn't seem to be working, so naturally I looked
at my diet and began to change it and try different things.
I would read diet book after diet book and trying
strange food combinations, cutting out carbs, drinking juices
and I even resorted to fat burning pills. All of these things
just didn't work, I way buying all sorts of unhealthy drugs to
try to burn off that stubborn belly fat.
Nothing worked so I gave up.
Not really, I just sat out a few rounds and then
I finally found a resource which really changed my life. It is
book called "Burn
The Fat, Feed The Muscle" and it had 300+ pages of pure
golden nuggets.
I am not exaggerating, this book was excellent,
it showed me exactly how to eat, when to eat and what to eat in
order to burn fat. The science of fat burning is so simple I couldn't
believe I had been so dumb and so fooled by the diet and supplement
industries' advertisement campaigns.
I finally saw the light and I haven't looked back
since then. I went from over 30% body fat to 15% body fat in about
12 weeks at which point I decided to maintain for a while before
taking the next leap to get my body fat into the single digits.
My long lost 6 pack began showing themselves and I felt great.
This is when I decided to devote a website to
helping others just like me to lose fat permanently. My goal is
to help un-program the minds of people who truly believe that
the next fad diet or diet pill will be their magic cure.
